AccessAbility Week at SBBC

National AccessAbility Week is a time to celebrate the contributions of Canadians with disabilities and promote the benefits of inclusion and diversity within the workforce. That’s why Small Business BC is thrilled to announce our inaugural AccessAbility Week!

In conjunction with National AccessAbility Week, and in partnership with the Presidents Group, we have a week of dedicated free education, training and resources for those with disabilities.

During the week of May 31 to June 6, we have 5 webinars all with live ASL interpretation and closed captioning. All sessions are available by webinar province-wide through our virtual Education Centre via Adobe Connect. See the available webinars below.

How it Works

All Webinars during AccessAbility Week will be presented by our presenter, alongside an ASL sign language interpreter on video via our webinar platform, Adobe Connect. Webinar registrants can join us during the scheduled date and time for live ASL interpretation and closed captioning or tune in later on their own time once the recording is available.  Any live ASL interpretation and closed captioning will also be captured in the recording for our all our webinar participants to review for the next seven days.
