Unsure of how to achieve your business goals? Entrepreneurs, caught up in the day-to-day running of their business, can lack the time to set business goals. Our Business Goal Setting Workshop will help participants to dedicate time to set goals, provide tools to develop targeted goals and define the actions needed to achieve business goals.
Setting Goals
Goal setting offers a proven pathway to achieve business success. Utilizing the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely), and other goal setting principles, entrepreneurs can set goals and devise an action plan to achieve those goals.
Small Business BC’s Goal Setting Workshop is a four-week, interactive- hands-on group workshop where participants will take the time to define goals and action plans, as well as the skills necessary to effectively prioritize professional goals in a supporting and inspiring environment. Each weekly session is 2.5 hours with assigned homework between sessions.
Hosted by Small Business BC’s Business Planning and International Trade Advisor, Laura Aveledo, each group of eight attendees will work together to define impactful goals for their business using a variety of goal setting tools, lean on each other for inspiration and celebrate milestones together.

This workshop is hosted at Small Business BC in Vancouver over a four-week period and will consist of a maximum of eight attendees. Light refreshments will be served at each session.
