Rebecca implements Wage Subsidy funding for employers to hire and train persons with disabilities and supports employers in meeting their recruitment needs. The Opportunities Fund also provides financial assistance for Entrepreneurs with Disabilities in order to facilitate the start-up phase of new businesses.

Rebecca has a MA in Globalization and International Development from the University of Ottawa, speaks French as a second language, and is passionate about helping people while promoting inclusive local economies.
