Panel: How Women are Driving Change in Business

Celebrating Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership

Description

Across the business world, the COVID-19 pandemic has fuelled rapid change, laying waste to tradition and the old ways of doing things. In many ways, women are at the forefront of this transformation, setting the standards in our new normal. Changing gender roles and family norms during remote working are just one aspect of this transformation. While female entrepreneurs have always worn many hats – usually more than men – the past 12 months have created so much opportunity.

Join us for this fascinating panel discussion and hear from a diverse panel of women in small business from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You’ll hear them share their successes, their challenges, achievements and so much more. This session featured founders, entrepreneurs, leaders, mentors, and women-serving business organizations.

Join our panel discussion moderated by Cathy Kuzel of The Connected Woman Association, along with Cheryl Farmer from Women’s Enterprise Centre, Emily Kerr from BMO Bank of Montreal, Ingrid Broussillon from Griottes Polyglottes and Tamara Komuniecki from Delish General Store.

What Will I Learn?
